Josh Welchez has been playing music since 1985. He holds a Bachelor's of Music Degree in Jazz Trumpet Performance from San Diego State University in San Deigo, California. Over the past 12 years, Josh has taught everything from High School Choir to 4th grade beginning strings. His passion, however, lies in working with Brass Students. Capable of instructing beginning to the most advanced students, Josh teaches brass technique, calssical and Jazz Theory, and improvisation, Many of Josh's Students have been selected to perform with district and county honors bands.
